Summer 2026 Fee-Based ABC EXCELS Program

Students who do not qualify as free are able to participate for a fee as they do during the school year. Paying families can submit fees through their MySchoolBucks account or in person at the Child Development office at District Office West, 11011 Artesia Blvd. Cerritos, 90703.

Session Fees

Session 1: June 8 - June 18 (9 days) $396

*Payment Window May 11-22, 2026

*No program on 6/19 - holiday

*Half day rate available ONLY for students attending Elementary Summer Learning Academy in the morning

Session 2: June 22 - July 2 (9 days) $396

*Payment Window June 1-12, 2026

*No program on 7/3 - holiday

*Half day rate available ONLY for students attending Elementary Summer Learning Academy in the morning

Session 3: July 6 - July 22 (13 days) $572

*Payment Window July 1-10, 2026

***In person payments will begin July 1st, online payments will begin July 6th.

*No half day rate available as Elementary Summer Learning Academy is NOT in session.

ABC EXCELS Fee-Based Program 2025-26 School Year

All students have access to the ABC EXCELS after-school programs. Students who do not qualify as free for ABC EXCELS can still participate based on the following fee-based program structure. Please note that the price is a YEARLY cost that is divided into equal monthly payments over ten months.

*Each additional sibling will receive a $15 discount. (The oldest sibling will be at the normal rate.)

Upon enrollment, parents receive and sign a contract from the Child Development Office at the District Office West (DOW) that details their monthly payment information according to how much time their child participates in the program. Parents must adhere to the contract for their child to participate in ABC EXCELS.
