Free Programs

ABC EXCELS Free Programs

All students who attend one of our ASES-funded sites (Aloha, Burbank, Furgeson, Hawaiian, Juarez, Melbourne, Niemes, Palms, Willow, Fedde, Ross) are free.

For schools that are not under the ASES grant, students must meet at least one of the following to qualify as free for ABC EXCELS:

1) Foster Youth

2) Low socio-economic status, which is determined each year at enrollment (formally free & reduced lunch)

3) English Learner (identified upon enrollment in the district)
